Shipping

Neponset Controls, Inc. ships domestically within the United States.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Neponset Controls, Inc wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, Neponset Controls, Inc is here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. At the discretion of management, a 30% restocking fee will be applied to all non-warranty related returns.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products will be assessed by management to determine if returnable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at 508-543-4801 with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

We will provide return instructions and, if eligible, a return shipping label.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or error made by Neponset Controls, Inc..
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless otherwise noted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, Neponset Controls, Inc will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window (at the discretion of management)

Exchanges

Neponset Controls, Inc currently does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Include photos and a brief description of the issue.

Neponset Controls, Inc will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement, refund, or store credit.
